Recipe: Spiced Lamb Sausage Rolls with Mint Yoghurt Dip
Ingredients:
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for glazing)
Mint Yoghurt Dip:
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, combine lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper.
