Ingredients:
- 300g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds from The Royal Nut Company
- 1/2 cup pistachios from The Royal Nut Company.
- 1/2 cup Turkish delight from Ritchies IGA
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix marshmallows, cranberries, roasted almonds, pistachios, and Turkish delight (if using).
- Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smooth out.
- Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
